Free Ice Cream Sundae at Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour

The votes are in and Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour has been voted by the OC Register as the BEST Family Friendly Resturant, BEST Restuarant and BEST Ice Cream in Orange County!! 

The OC Register conducted their “Best of Orange County 2012” where voters vote who or where are the best things in Orange County. Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour won hands down in 3 different categories. Best restuarant, best family restaurant and best ice cream.

Fun Facts About Farrell’s:

• A signature Farrell’s sundae is the Pig’s Trough. It’s a double banana split with six scoops of ice cream and toppings. It is served in a one-of-a-kind Farrell’s pig trough.
• The Zoo is a 30-scoop sundae that weighs 5 ½ pounds, with toppings ranging from pineapple, fudge and caramel sauces to nuts, cherries and animal crackers. The giant bowl is run around the store while cast members sing and bang drums.

The farrell’s in Brea is located at: 215 S. Brea Blvd. Suite 207 Brea, CA 92821. It’s on the corner of Brea Blvd. and Birch St. Come early because there is always a line. Best times to avoid the crowd is during the week. Mondays and Wednesdays seem to be best. There is a walk up window at this location also.

Afterwards you can take a stroll down Downtown Brea and visit all the shops or take in a movie at the 2 Edwards Cinemas. There is the Brea Improv if you want some laughs or a couple different bar & grills if you want to see a game.
