What is Home Living Real Estate Services:
We are an independent real estate branch of our parent company Realty Source Inc. covering North Orange County, LA County and surrounding. Owned and operated by Diego Loya, we’ve been in business for 5 exciting months. Now that isn’t a long time, but we’ve grown and thrived and been profitable every single month we’ve been in operation. That’s more than many national franchises can say…
We have no physical office space. That’s right, there is no Home Living “office”, at least not in the conventional sense. Some of our agents rent “executive suites”, but most work out of home offices and in the field – you know, the place where home buyers and sellers are.
Ask yourself this – other than for the boring weekly office meeting and to pick up mail and paychecks, when was the last time you spent productive time in your current real estate office?
Yeah, we thought so.
You meet buyers at homes they want to see. You meet seller’s in the home they want to sell. That’s where the real work gets done. So why pay (and trust me, you are paying) for the fancy trappings of a real estate office?
We love technology. The ideal Home Living agent loves technology too. But we can teach technology if that’s not your strength. What we can’t teach you is being a good person and being ethical. That’s what you need to bring to the table.
We have fun too. We are proud of the skills, experience and professionalism of our agents. But there is nothing wrong with having a little fun, enjoying life – and work. One of the most important aspects of our culture is that all of our agents get along well. We don’t compete with each other, we help each other excel and grow. And we have fun doing it.
