Homes priced from $400,000 – $500,000 dropped 2.8%  –  average price $444,636.36

Homes priced from $500,000 – $600,000 dropped 3.3%  –  average price $529,681.82

Homes priced from $600,000 – $700,000 rose 0.2%  –  average price $605,136.36

Homes priced from $700,000 – $800,000 dropped 2.9%  –  average price $668,275

Homes priced from $800,000 – $900,000 rose 2.5%  –  average price $805,000

Homes priced from $900,000 – $1,000,000 dropped 0.8%  –  average price $920,083.33

Homes priced from $1,000,000 – $1,100,000 dropped 21.0%  –  average price $725,000

Homes priced from $1,100,000 – $1,200,000 (none sold)

Homes priced from $1,200,000 – $1,300,000 rose 5.5%  –  average price $1,186,500
