Fullerton home prices for the zipcode 92835 have continued to rise. Home sold prices have jumped year over year 8.4% and steadily increasing from the past several months. Pending Sales increased 76.5 percent for single-family homes. More single family homes went into escrow.
The Median Sales Price for single family homes went up 40 percent to $700,000 compared to $500,000 a year before. Prices will continue to rise as long as there is a strong demand for housing. There are many buyers wanting to live in the city of Fullerton and the zipcode of 92835 especially your neighborhood is very desirable.
Months Supply of Inventory decreased 55.6 percent for single-family units. Only 120 single family homes were for sale in the city of Fullerton in February. Compared to 297 homes for sale in the same time last year. Months Supply of Inventory means how many months it will take to sell every home that is currently for sale in Fullerton.
